BILLING / PAYMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS
AJ Supply Company accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept any other forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of order.
Orders are processed immediately and are typically shipped within one (1) business day from the time of order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
AJ Supply Company is located in Missouri, and therefore must apply state sales tax (7.975%) to all orders shipped within the State of Missouri. Sales tax is automatically included and clearly indicated in the checkout process when a Missouri billing address is entered.
SHIPPING TERMS and CONDITIONS
All orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping times vary depending on buyer location. All of our products are stocked at our facility, located in the middle of the USA (which means faster ship times for most of the country). We do NOT drop-ship our products. The product you buy will be in-stock and ready to promptly ship. Shipping times are as follows:
- USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight: 1-6 Business Days
- UPS Ground Service - 1-5 Business Days
We offer international shipping on most of our items. International items are shipped via USPS First Class International Package service. We cannot guarantee shipping times for international purchases. It is imperative that the customer enters all address information correctly to ensure proper delivery. Tracking information varies by country, based on their relationship with USPS. Most often, we are unable to track packages once they leave the USA. Given the nature of international shipping, we CANNOT issue refunds for delayed, customs-detained, or otherwise undelivered packages sent outside the United States.
Hassle-Free Returns. That's part of our five-star customer service guarantee. We understand that sometimes you need to return an item. We offer a free 30-day return policy, with the following conditions:
- Customer should notify us by email or eBay message prior to sending back a returned item. Our customer service phone line should not be used for return requests.
- Unless defective, item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received - unused and in the original sealed packaging.
- Any problem with the item should be reported to us within the 30 day return period. We will take necessary action to replace or refund defective items either directly or via the manufacturer's warranty.
